This show sort of represents a form of wish fulfillment, where I had many, many summers as a kid and dreamed that these things would happen. I had every single dubiously credited book about the paranormal and the unknown, and I would literally lie on the dodgeball blacktop in elementary school, on the ground, facing up at the sky, hoping that a UFO would land, because those big circles seemed like the perfect spot.
